The Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt, the Minister of International Cooperation and the Minister of Finance visited Washington D.C. to participate in the spring meetings of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 14 to 17 April, 2016.

The Egyptian Ministerial delegation met with the executives of the World Bank and IMF. They also met with U.S. officials to discuss the economic bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

H.E. Minister of Finance met with different segments of the U.S. business community. He explored the economic reform measures being implemented by the Egyptian government to revive the Egyptian economy and encouraged American companies to benefit from the investment opportunities in Egypt.
