Receiving Your Passport in Person:
If your name appears on the list, please visit the consulate during our business walk-in hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM (kindly make sure to check our Facebook page and Google maps account for any holiday or emergency closures). Bring your current passport with you; if it is still valid, it will need to be cancelled and then returned back to you.
Receiving Your Passport by Mail:
Should you prefer to receive your passport by mail, please adhere to the following steps:
- For Valid Passports: If your current Egyptian passport is valid, it must be mailed to us to be cancelled. For Expired Passports: If your passport has expired, simply send a photocopy.
- Written Attestation: Provide a notarized written statement confirming your request to receive your passport by mail. The form for this attestation can be downloaded from the provided link here.
- Return Envelope: Include a paid, self-addressed return envelope from the Post Office, with a tracking number, to ensure safe and traceable delivery of your passport.
Please ensure all documents are complete and correctly prepared to avoid any delays in processing your request.

استلام جواز السفر شخصيًا:
إذا كان اسمك مدرجًا في القائمة، يرجى زيارة القنصلية خلال ساعات استقبال المواطنين، من الاثنين إلى الجمعة، من الساعة 9:30 صباحًا حتى الساعة 12:30 ظهرًا . الرجاء متابعة حساب الفيسبوك و جوجل مابس للأجازات الرسمية. يرجى إحضار جواز السفر الحالي معك؛ ,واذا كان لا يزال ساريًا، سيحتاج إلى إلغاء ومن ثم إعادته إليك.
استلام جواز السفر بالبريد:
إذا كنت تفضل استلام جواز السفر الخاص بك عبر البريد، يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:
- لجوازات السفر السارية: إذا كان جواز السفر المصري الحالي لا يزال ساريًا، يجب إرساله إلينا بالبريد. لجوازات السفر المنتهية: إذا كان جواز السفر قد انتهى، فقط أرسل نسخة من الجواز.
- إقرار خطي: قدم إقرارًا خطيًا موثقًا منNotary Public الموثق العام يؤكد طلبك لاستلام جواز السفر بالبريد. يمكن تحميل نموذج هذا الإقرار من الرابط الموجود ادناه.
- ظرف العودة: اشمل ظرف عودة مدفوعًا ومعنونًا إليك شخصيًا من مكتب البريد، مزودًا برقم تتبع، لضمان توصيل جواز السفر بأمان وقابلية للتتبع.
يرجى التأكد من أن جميع الوثائق مكتملة ومعدة بشكل صحيح لتجنب أي تأخير في معالجة طلبك.
