The Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Washington DC hosted a reception for sixty 7^th grade students from Paul Public Charter School on Friday March 11, 2016.

During the event, Mr. Wael Hamed, Deputy Chief of Mission, gave a brief lecture on the history of Egypt, its culture, and the recent developments in the country. He further opened discussion with the students and answered their questions. Mr. Hamed invited some students to take the floor and talk about what they have learnt at school in regard to Egypt’s history and culture.
