COP27: The 2022 UN Climate Change Conference in Egypt

The 27th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP27) to the UN Climate Change Conference 2022 (UNFCCC) will be held in Egypt under the auspices of H.E President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

The conference will build on the previous editions of the Conference of Parties of UNFCCC, will bring governments from across the world together to accelerate global efforts to confront the climate crisis.

Egypt’s road to the 27th United Nations Climate Change Conference, on behalf of Africa, is set to feature innovative solutions that will help close the action gap this decade.

The UNFCCC COP27 will take place in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt from November 6 -18, 2022.
