Social Secretary

The Embassy announces a vacancy for the post of “social secretary”. The incumbent will be responsible for the organization and administration of the social functions and events of the embassy, including preparation of lists, correspondence, organization and management.

The position requires flexible working hours, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.

Requirements:

1-    Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

2-    Experienced in the provision of administrative support including performing administrative services such as monitoring operations, staff planning, researching information, responding to inquiries, drafting correspondence and reports.

3-    Strong computer skills.

4-    Ability to conduct multiple tasks at same time.
