Suez Canal Investment certificates:

 The Egyptian Central Bank has announced the offering of the investment certificates of the Suez Canal development Project in Egyptian Pound. Please find attached the documents received from the National Bank of Egypt in New York (it has been named as one of the Egyptian Banks authorized to issue “Suez Canal Investment Certificates”) which indicates the procedures needed to purchase these certificates, the purchasing order form, the denomination, the interest rate and the instructions and fees for opening an account in Egypt.

In order to facilitate the process for those who desire to purchase these certificates the Embassy  agreed with the National Bank of Egypt in New York to send a banking team to the Embassy in Washington DC and our  other Consulates in the USA if there is a sufficient number of purchasing requests submitted.

I therefore urge those who desire to purchase these certificates to send their requests including the name, address and telephone number to the following email:

شهادات استثمار مشروع قناة السويس
